Mr. Balaji Ansarwade is the Managing Director and Founder of Cliffgate Hangout Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., providing strategic leadership and overseeing operations, engineering, projects, and business development.
With over 20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, power generation, and renewable energy, he brings deep expertise in project planning, execution, and operational management. He spent nearly 15 years with Reliance Power, where he played active role in complex, high-value projects across multiple geographies, demonstrating strong execution capability and stakeholder management.
Over the last five years, he has been actively engaged in infrastructure and solar energy initiatives, driving sustainable, future-ready solutions with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
A self-made professional with strong technical grounding and business acumen, Mr. Ansarwade holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Post-Graduation in Business Administration. He is guided by a long-term entrepreneurial vision and is committed to contributing to India’s transition toward green and renewable energy.

Mrs. Shakuntala Ansarwade brings over 15 years of rich experience in Banking & Financial Services, with deep expertise in financial management, governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional leadership.
Her strong foundation in financial controls and process rigor enables the company to maintain high standards of financial discipline, transparency, and structured decision-making. She plays a key role in strengthening institutional frameworks, enhancing governance practices, and supporting long-term strategic direction.

P K Singh is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 31 years of extensive experience in industrial safety and engineering operations. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management (PGDEM).
With more than three decades of hands-on expertise, Mr. Singh has successfully led safety initiatives across diverse industrial and infrastructure environments. He possesses strong knowledge of Indian statutory frameworks including the Factories Act, State Factory Rules, PESO, DGMS, and environmental regulations, while also aligning safety systems with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
